About the project

From the energy transition to a mine in the Vale do Ribeira

Grafite Mendonça is developing a natural crystalline graphite mine in Miracatu, in the state of São Paulo, less than 2 km from the BR-116 highway and close to the ports of Santos and Paranaguá. The presentation, in Portuguese and in English, was made for investors: it starts with the company and the investment thesis, shows why graphite is essential to batteries and to decarbonization and only then presents the deposit, the location and the plant.

This is the version of the deck without financial figures. The technical data, such as reserves, carbon content and plant capacity, appear linked to the research and the tests cited on the slides.

What underpins the presentation

  • Chapters with graphite imagery

    Each of the five parts opens with a dark photograph of graphite or of the region and large numerals, from 01 to 05, that set the pace of the deck.

  • Data in charts and maps

    Consumption, dependence on China, reserves and distances become bar charts, maps of the state and of the region and highlight cards in blue.

  • The process explained as a flow

    Mineral processing becomes a numbered flowchart, from grinding to purified graphite, next to the plant's technical specifications.
